Ask a Lawyer Changing Chapters When Circumstances Change

How long must I wait to file a chapter 7? I filed a chapter 13 about 3 months ago and I lost my job so I can't make the trustee payments or my mortgage note. I have an arm rate mortgage so it will be going up in a couple of months.
